FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: threshing and separating device of a grain harvester contains a frame (1), a threshing drum (2) and a feed beater (4), hingedly mounted in the frame (1). A concave (3) is installed under the threshing drum (2). A separating rotor (6) is installed in the frame (1) perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the combine, rotating to the right in the direction of movement of the combine. A deck (7) is installed under the separating rotor (6). The separating rotor (6), fixed in the frame (1) on one side on a roller bearing, and on the other side on the gearbox shaft (8), is installed so that the upper working surface of the input part of the separating rotor (6) is in the exit zone of the process fluid mass from the feed beater (5). The feed beater (5) is installed above the separating rotor (6) and overlaps its input part by the height of the feed beater blades (5).
EFFECT: invention ensures an increase in the productivity of the grain harvester, a reduction in the load on the threshing and separating device, an improvement in the transportation of the process mass, the elimination of the return product from entering and its winding on the feed beater, as well as a reduction in the risk of clogging the transition zone when harvesting wet, long-stemmed and clogged crops in the area of the feed beater and the rotor.
