FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: threshing-separating device of a combine harvester comprises frame (1), threshing drum (2), feeding beater (4), hingedly installed between the sides of frame (1), concave (3) installed under threshing drum (2), separating rotor (5) pivotally mounted in frame (1) behind feeding beater (4) along the combine on one side on bearing (7), and on the other side—on the shaft of reduction gear (8) and rotating counterclockwise in the direction of movement of the combine, and decks (6) installed under separating rotor (5). On cylindrical surface of rotor (5) there are pins installed in four rows along helical line. In lead-in part (A) of rotor (5) there are turns and straps installed on working surface of turns. Lead-in part (A) of rotor (5) is made in form of cylindrical surface, outer diameter of which coincides with outer diameter of cylindrical surface of separating part (B) of rotor (5). Rotor (5) is located so that its rotation axis is located below rear part of concave (3) of threshing drum (2). Upper lead-in part (A) of rotor (5) is located directly under the lower surface of feeding beater (4), that is, in the zone of the output of the process mass from feeding beater (4), thus, the process mass is fed from feeding beater (4) into the lead-in part (A) of rotor (5) from above. Outer edge of strap evenly protrudes above outer edge of turn to height, the value of which is in range from 20 to 30 mm, but does not go beyond the size of the diameter of rotor (5) formed by the outer edge of the strap and the upper edge of the pins of the separating part (B) of rotor (5).
EFFECT: higher efficiency of combine harvester, reduced crushing and injury of grain, reduced load on threshing-separating device, increased main working time, simplified design and reduced time for rotor manufacturing.
