Frame for placing on it the stationary parts of the serial lowering and lifting device in the form of a single module, which is a truss structure, on the base of which the winch is located, lodgements, view for storage of flexible extended towed system and control panel, on upper part of frame there is a cable-laying device, a roller, a device for lowering-lifting of a carrier with a towed carrier and a cable-rope.
EFFECT: optimized use of space inside the ship.
