FIELD: hoisting devices.
SUBSTANCE: hoisting devices intended for positioning-hauling a towed line. The mobile hoisting device of a modular type for positioning-hauling a towed line contains a support base placed on a rigid frame, a swivel support pivotally mounted on the support base, a lifting frame with a folding mechanism pivotally connected to the swivel support - a slip, and a towed deepener placed on the frame in the in-stow position; a device for fixing the line on the drum, with a clamping tape, which is connected with the load moving inside the device; a winch with a drum, with a multi-layer single-row winding of the towed line, drives and a control system. The swivel bearing and the winch with the drum are placed separately on the support bases, in modular designs that allow placement on the deck of the vessel at a distance between the modules. The device for fixing the line on the drum is made in the form of a rack on which the drum is mounted, with the possibility of rotation, and the clamping tape is made in the form of a flexible rope, with rectangular non-metallic plates installed along the entire length, and covers the towed line on the winch drum, has the ability to move in the grooves winch drum and is wound/unwound on the rack drum as the line is positioned/hauled.
EFFECT: ensuring the installation of a mobile launching device on an unequipped deck of almost any vessel.
