SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of medicine and pharmaceutics, namely to a method for cancer treatment including the injection of therapeutically effective amount of an anti-tumor pharmaceutical combination including (i) a compound ABX196 of the formula (I)
(I)
and (ii) an antibody specific to PD-1 and/or a chemotherapeutic agent selected from doxorubicin or sorafenib; to a method for cancer treatment including the injection of the specified combination, where ABX196 is part of the vaccine containing an antitumor antigen; to a method for cancer treatment including the injection of ABX196 in a combination with an antibody specific to PD-1 and/or a chemotherapeutic agent selected from doxorubicin or sorafenib; to a drug for use in cancer treatment including the specified combination.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides for an increase in the efficiency of methods for cancer treatment due to the synergetic effect of combination components.
