SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is related to chemotherapy. Invention discloses a method of treatment of cancer including administering a compound, that contains benzo[b]azepine agonist TLR8 2-amino-N,N-dipropil-8-(4-(pyrrolidine-1-Carbonyl)phenyl)-3H-benzo[b]azepine-4-carboxamide (VTX) or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt and pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, in combination with doxorubicin, and a kit for treatment of cancer including containers with the said connections.
EFFECT: technical result consists in synergetic suppressing of the tumor volume by the declared combination of VTX + doxorubicin.
