SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a detachable segment of an electronic vaping apparatus, a non-detachable segment of an electronic vaping apparatus, and an electronic vaping apparatus. The detachable segment comprises a matrix containing multiple balls containing at least one of starch, a cellulose-based material, and fibres. At least one of a flavouring substance, a taste-forming compound, an aromatic substance, an acid, a vapour-forming substance, tobacco, or nicotine, encapsulated in a matrix and absorbed by the multiple balls. The detachable segment is detachably secured on at least one of a cartridge, another detachable segment, a power supply, or an insert at the mouthpiece end of the electronic vaping apparatus by means of at least one connector. The multiple balls contain at least one of a flavouring substance absorbed by at least one first ball, a taste-forming compound absorbed by at least one second ball, an aromatic substance absorbed by at least one third ball, an acid absorbed by at least one fourth ball, nicotine absorbed by at least one fifth ball, and tobacco absorbed by at least one sixth ball. At least one of the first ball, the second ball, and the third ball is therein located in the part of the detachable segment closest to the insert at the mouthpiece end when the detachable segment is attached to the electronic vaping apparatus, and at least one of the fourth ball and the fifth ball is located in the part of the detachable segment furthest from the insert at the mouthpiece end when the detachable segment is attached to the electronic vaping apparatus.
