SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of floorings and pertains to a method for manufacturing flooring. The method includes the stages of: providing sheet vinyl; providing an intermediate PVC material containing at least a first layer of the PVC material and at least a first reinforcing sheet, wherein the first layer of the PVC material forms the upper side of the intermediate PVC material; the vinyl sheet is adhered to the intermediate PVC material by laminating the lower side of the sheet vinyl and the upper side of the intermediate PVC material, wherein the sheet vinyl comprises a sequence of at least the following layers, constituting: a lower reinforced PVC layer forming the lower side of the sheet vinyl; a decorative layer in contact with the reinforced lower PVC layer; a wear layer in contact with the decorative layer, wherein the lower reinforced PVC layer comprises a foam material.

EFFECT: invention provides a method for converting sheet vinyl into elements of floorings.
