SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a chess game, and more precisely to a device for playing chess between two pairs of players. The device for playing pair chess contains two playing fields, two sets of chess pieces, two interconnected chess clocks, as well as a means of exchanging data between the playing fields on the location of chess pieces and a block for forming the order of movement of pieces. Besides, the device additionally contains a block for checking the order of the moves made, which ensures the generation of a signal in case of violation of the order of the half-moves made on the playing fields, while the block for checking the order of the moves made is connected to the block for generating additional data related to the game of pair chess.
EFFECT: advantage of the invention is the possibility of using reduced time controls in a chess game.
