FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method for extracting oil using a beam pumping unit and to a beam pumping unit. According to the method for oil extraction using a beam pumping unit, the movable part of the beam pumping unit is moved in the well in the reciprocating mode and balanced simultaneously with a counterweight. The beam pumping unit is performed with a balancing beam mounted on the foundation, at one end of which a head is fixed, connected by means of a rope with a movable part of the beam pumping unit, and the other end of the balancing beam is connected with a counterweight. As a counterweight, the movable part of the beam pumping unit of the neighboring well is used, which is mounted on a beam pumping unit. The moving parts of both beam pumping units in the working process are moved in antiphase relative to each other. The counterweight is performed in the form of a movable part of the beam pumping unit of a neighboring well, which is connected with the end of a balancing beam through the head with the help of a rope through the head, in its middle part resting through a swivel joint on a support in the form of the outer part of the bottom of the cup mounted on the head of the pile, which serves as the foundation for the installation of the beam pumping unit. The drive of the rocking machine is mounted on a cantilever support fixed on the side surface of the cup.
EFFECT: simplifying the design of the beam unit, reducing its material consumption during manufacture, reducing operating costs and increasing productivity.
