SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of mechanized oil production, as well as to the design of technical means that ensure the implementation of this technology. The pumping unit for oil production contains a beam mounted on a rack, equipped with heads at its ends, providing, by means of a cable connection, the possibility of servicing two sucker rod pumps (SRP), the reciprocating movements of the rods of which are carried out using a drive, including a gear motor, output the shaft of which is connected to a mechanism for converting the rotational motion of the drive into an oscillatory motion, containing a disk mounted on the shaft of the gearbox and a bearing pin placed in the slot of the carrier that performs the oscillatory motion. In this case, the beam is fixedly mounted on the rack, the heads are made in the form of pulleys, and the drive is located on the frame at the base of the rack and the ends of the ropes, opposite to the SRP, are connected to the drum, with which a toothed gear is fixed on a common shaft, interacting with the carrier, which, in its the turn, is made in the form of a sector of a gear wheel mounted on a frame with the possibility of oscillatory movement.

EFFECT: improved performance of the pumping unit by reducing the energy consumption of the drive by eliminating the influence of inertial forces from the oscillatory movement of the balancing beam with heads, which is fixedly mounted on the rack, and placing the drive at the base of the rack improves service conditions and operation of the pumping unit.
