FIELD: vehicles.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of transport, in particular, to designs of hybrid vehicles capable of moving on land and in air. Air car of a coaxial configuration comprises a coaxial gyroscope flywheel used to stabilise movement and accumulate energy, four controllable driving motor wheels located in aileron fairings. During takeoff, the aileron fairings are folded into horizontal stabiliser rudders used by the pilot-driver to transfer the apparatus into horizontal flight, and before landing, into a vertical position. During takeoff, landing and when moving on the ground, the passengers and the driver are seated in one row, vertically, half-sitting, and during the flight at an altitude, the passengers are sitting in a horizontal position head first.
EFFECT: reduction in the dimensions of the air car when moving on the ground.
