FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for waste water treatment. Device for purifying and disinfecting water comprises a housing equipped with a cover with ledges on its lower surface, ultraviolet light-emitting diodes installed on the inner surface of the cover, a filter and a sealed casing installed outside the housing, on the inner surface of which ultrasound emitters are installed. Device also contains a sump in the form of a hollow hemisphere, which is equipped in the lower part with a drain bolt located at its center. Inlet nozzle of the device is tangentially installed in the horizontal plane in the upper part of the casing, and the inlet branch pipe is installed tangentially opposite it. Outlet branch pipe is installed in the cover. In the housing there is a vertical perforated tube, at the end of which a collector is installed in the form of a plate turned upside down with a hole in its center, diameter of the hole is equal to the outer diameter of the perforated tube, wherein the diameter of the collector is equal to the outer diameter of the housing, and the edges of the collector tightly adjoin the housing. Lower end of the perforated tube is brought out through the hole in the center of the collector into the upper part of the cavity between the housing and the casing. Deflector in the form of a logarithmic spiral is installed on the perforated tube, on which a plate with perforated edges is installed with its bottom, the outer diameter of which is equal to the inner diameter of the body. Additional deflector in the form of a flat spiral is installed in the cavity between the housing and the casing, the width of spiral is equal to the distance between the housing and the casing. Deflector spiral pitch is smaller than that of additional deflector.

EFFECT: higher quality of water treatment and disinfection; improvement of the process of separation and subsequent removal of contaminants also contributes to improved quality of water treatment.
