FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanical engineering and can be used for purification and disinfection of water. The apparatus comprises a body equipped with a cover with ledges on the lower surface thereof. Ultraviolet LEDs are installed on the inner surface of the cover. A sealed casing repeating the shape of the body is installed outside of the body. Ultrasonic emitters are installed on the inner surface of the casing. The settling tank is shaped as a hollow hemisphere with the centre facing downwards, and is equipped in the lower part with a drainage bolt located in the centre thereof. An inlet fitting is installed tangentially in a horizontal plane in the upper part of the casing, and an inlet branch pipe is installed tangentially opposite the inlet fitting. An outlet branch pipe is installed in the cover. A vertically perforated tube is installed in the body, at the end whereof a collector is installed. The lower end of the perforated tube is directed into the upper part of the cavity between the body and the casing through the central hole of the collector. The collector is shaped as an upside-down plate with a hole in the centre, the diameter whereof is equal to the outer diameter of the perforated tube. The diameter of the collector is equal to the outer diameter of the body, wherein the edges of the collector are tightly adjacent to the body. A deflector shaped as a logarithmic spiral is installed on the perforated tube. A plate with perforated edges, the outer diameter whereof is equal to the inner diameter of the body, is installed bottom-down on the deflector. The filtering element is shaped as a cylinder. An additional deflector shaped as a flat spiral, the width whereof is equal to the distance between the body and the casing, is installed in the cavity between the body and the casing. The winding direction of spirals of the deflector and the additional deflector is made opposing.
EFFECT: improved quality of purification and disinfection of water.
