The implant for replacement of the distal part of the radius is made on the basis of the data of a CT study of a particular patient using additive technologies from a titanium alloy with holes for fixing the ligaments, has a body and an intramedullary nail made of porous, and at the end with a site having a smooth surface, and has a response part of the lock-lock for fixing the insert with a surface that follows the contours of healthy bone and cartilage on one side. The body of the implant is made with internal cutouts for lightness and is provided with bridges to increase strength. The bridges pass into the inner part of the intramedullary nail.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to eliminate the risks associated with the weakening of the bone structure at the sites of perforation, the risk of inflammatory lesions of soft tissues and the risk of bone plate migration.
