FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: set of products for elbow replacement includes a model for preparation for surgery, individual elbow endoprosthesis, a cutter for preparation of a medullary canal according to the shape of a leg of the endoprosthesis component, ulnar sawing guide, humerus sawing guide, humerus wire guide, intraoperative fitting model for bone preparation and a bone canal to the installation of the legs of the endoprosthesis components, made of sterilized plastic, by 3D printing according to the patient's CT data, and a mock-up for preparation for the operation. Individual elbow endoprosthesis includes an ulnar component for the elbow bone replacement, a humeral component for the humeral bone replacement and inserts of friction pair, through which fixing bushing is passed. Ulnar component for the elbow bone replacement is made of a leg and a body on which there are holes for ligament suturing, a ring for insertion of friction pair inserts, through which the fixing sleeve is passed, and a threaded hole for an instrument for insertion and extraction of the component. Shoulder component for replacing a portion of the humerus includes a leg and a body with holes for suturing ligaments, with a bed for a friction pair, through which a fixing sleeve is passed, with element for support of humerus, with inspection window, inside which there is a threaded hole for tool for installation and extraction of component. Inspection window is provided with a cover having holes for fastening with screws and with a limiter of movement of the elbow component. Mock-up for preparation for surgery is made of non-sterilized plastic by 3D printing based on patient’s CT data and consists of anatomical models of humerus and ulnar bones, removed portions of bone, models of shoulder and elbow components, friction pair inserts, bushings and inspection window.
EFFECT: invention provides higher clinical effectiveness.
