SUBSTANCE: individual double-circuit insert for replacement of a fragment of a diaphyseal bone defect of a long bone is a monolithic structure consisting of an internal contour and an external one, has on distal and proximal sides bridges between inner and outer contours, has holes for laying the bone graft, has openings for controlling the filling of the cavity, has perforation for improved blood circulation on the entire surface, has an enveloping fixing element of the external contour, performing the function of fixation for attachment of the implant to the bone, which covers the bone with an overlap, has a limiter of the depth of bone immersion, has a hole for placing an intramedullary pin passing through an internal contour.
EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the effectiveness of the surgical treatment of extensive diaphyseal defects of long bones of the extremities by single-stage bone defect replacement, reducing the length of patient's treatment and accelerating the recovery of the function of the operated extremity.
