SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, to a method for preparing a radioactive gel based on radon and its decay daughters (DD). A method for preparing a radioactive gel based on radon and its DD consists in creating a colloidal solution of radon and its DD, adding pre-dispersed hydroxyethyl cellulose to the heated radon concentrate and its DD, stirring in a homogenizer, followed by cooling and packing into tubes, preventing air ingress, under certain conditions.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to create a radioactive gel that can penetrate through skin barriers into the lower layers of the dermis, subcutaneous fat and affect the ionizing radiation of radon and its daughter decay products on the tissues under the skin.
