SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Described is a method for preparing dressings with radioactive radon and daughter products of radon decay (DPR) based gauze wipes, consisting in that gauze 40 mm by 60 mm is placed for 24 hours in a hermetically closed container, volume of 0.5 l filled with artificially prepared, supplied to randon treatment centre randon concentrate for baths with activity from 3 MBq to 18 MBq for dressings with activity of 1 to 6 MBq, respectively, which were shaken in shaking apparatus for 15 minutes at intervals of 3 hours for uniform distribution in DPR gauze radon. Activity dressings can be changed, thus changing activity of radon concentrate. Method enables to prepare dressing in any radon treatment centre, in which is performed release of water or air radon baths.

EFFECT: method is distinguished by easy preparation, ease of dosing, high therapeutic efficacy and radiation safety.
