SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. A device for pre-sowing treatment of seeds in the field with liquid preparations is proposed, including an external vertical cylinder, a loading hopper, an internal vertical cylinder concentrically located with the external cylinder, forming an annular cylindrical channel, a hydraulic sprayer, and an unloading funnel. The bottom of the loading hopper is made in the form of an iris diaphragm with the possibility of adjusting the diameter of its opening, and a distribution cone and a sprayer are installed under the iris diaphragm. The discharge perimetric edge of the cone is conjugated with the upper end of the inner cylinder, and the lower perimetric edge of the inner cylinder is located above the lower perimetric edge of the outer cylinder. The lower perimetric edge of the outer cylinder, on its outer side, is associated with an annular plate, with its large base facing downwards, which is connected along the perimeter with an unloading funnel. In the annular channel on the walls of the cylinders, dispersing elements of the falling annular seed flow are placed in a checkerboard pattern.
