FIELD: optical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to optical instrumentation, namely to precision positioning mechanisms for the manufacture of high-precision optical devices, and can be used in the production of high-precision corner reflectors (retroreflectors). The mechanism consists of three corner tables placed mutually perpendicular, on a common bearing bracket, with the possibility of adjusting the common angle of divergence of the planes. Each table has a plate fixed to the corner bracket by means of micrometer screws and spring forces. Support bushings with spherical end recesses are installed in each plate coaxially with micrometric screws for interaction with micrometric screws for moving and fixing the plate, with linear displacements at no time. Micrometric screws are installed in precision threaded adapter bushings placed in the corner bracket of each corner table. The mechanism is equipped with brackets and preload screws installed in plates with the possibility of fixing elements of a high-precision optical device.
EFFECT: creation of a mechanism for the manufacture of high-precision optical devices with the possibility of setting the total divergence angle of the plate planes no more than 1 arcsecond.
