FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: device has a housing, a base for mounting an optical element and adjustment screws of its angular displacement fitted in the housing. According to the invention, the base is made in form of a screw pair consisting of a holder and an adapter, with the optical element placed in the latter. The screw pair is kinematically fitted in the housing through a coaxial spacer ring on radial bearings made in form of two mutually perpendicular pairs. One pair of the said supports is simultaneously in the ring and in the holder, and the second pair is in the housing and rests on the outer surface of the ring. The adjustment screws are fitted in the housing in areas which are diametrically opposite spring-loaded supports which are also on the housing and rest on the surface of the ring by their butt-end. The optical element can move relative the base which is fitted with a position compensator through which the optical element can be held in the adjusted position.
EFFECT: increased accuracy and sensitivity of adjustment, miniaturisation of the device.
