At the same time, fixation of the fallopian tube is carried out with a non-absorbable monofilament ligature on an atraumatic needle 3.0-4.0 behind the serous membrane at the border of the funnel and ampulla of the fallopian tube at a distance of 1-1.5 cm from the free edge of the tube fringes to the fold of the peritoneum of the anterior abdominal wall in the area medial inguinal fossa, as close as possible to the interfoveal ligament, avoiding excessive tension on the fallopian tube.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase the effectiveness of the intervention by maintaining the patency of the tube in full, the mobility of the uterine fimbriae and the physiological capture of the egg by the fimbriae in the future, i.e. preservation of the reproductive function of the patient.
