SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery. Laparoscopy is carried out. An internal cuff is sewn along opposite longitudinal sides throughout the cuff thickness with polyfilamentous non-dissolving threads with pricking atraumatic needles on both ends of the thread. Ends of the threads are fixed on the respective internal side of the cuff. Internal and external cuffs are processed with an iodine solution. An external part of the catheter is brought outside. The ends of the threads are brought out by means of pricking needles with gripping the peritoneum and aponeurosis of muscles of the anterior abdominal wall from the opposite side of the catheter.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to eliminate the migration of the internal cuff, occurrence of adhesions and hernias, reduce the risk of the peritoneal solution leak beyond the abdominal cavity and development of a tunnel infection, avoid the application of additional equipment due to the application of the thread ends with needles, fixation of the thread ends on the internal cuff side, inclusion into the suture not only the peritoneum, but also the aponeurosis of muscles of the anterior abdominal wall, processing the cuffs with the iodine solution, provision of the early start of peritoneal dialysis and reduction of the duration of the patients' stay in hospital due to bringing the opposite side of the catheter needle out from the opposite side of the catheter and creation of the fast and complete hermetisation of the abdominal cavity.
