FIELD: wastewater treatment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biological treatment of domestic and industrial wastewater using activated sludge. The cleaning device comprises a housing with a cover, divided by partitions into a receiving chamber with a water level sensor, at least one sludge stabilization chamber and an outlet chamber, a pneumatic system and an electrical system. Additionally, the device contains a module for communication with sensors for monitoring device parameters. A damper with a heated water level sensor located inside is installed in the receiving chamber. The communication module is made with a temperature sensor, a power battery and the ability to transmit data via wireless communication lines. According to the second embodiment, the device additionally comprises a water turbidity sensor installed in the outlet chamber. According to the third embodiment, the device additionally contains a sludge concentration sensor installed in the sludge stabilization chamber, and a water turbidity sensor in the outlet chamber. According to the fourth embodiment, the device additionally contains an air pressure sensor installed in the pneumatic system, a sludge concentration sensor in the sludge stabilization chamber, and a water turbidity sensor in the outlet chamber. According to the fifth embodiment, the device additionally contains a reed switch or end sensor installed on the cover, an air pressure sensor in the pneumatic system, a sludge concentration sensor in the sludge stabilization chamber, and a water turbidity sensor in the outlet chamber.
EFFECT: high level of wastewater treatment with the possibility of remote monitoring of the parameters of technological processes occurring in the process of treatment.
