SUBSTANCE: invention relates to systems for cleaning, controlling and monitoring the state of biological treatment of domestic and industrial wastewater, using automated processes. The monitoring system with a cleaning device contains sensors with the ability to measure parameters, a server with the function of recording, storing and transmitting data via wireless communication channels, at least one client device, at least one service device, and at least one tank with a lid, divided by partitions into the first inlet chamber with a damper, at least one intermediate chamber and an outlet chamber, a pneumatic system, an electrical system, a communication module associated with parameter sensors and the possibility of two-way data transmission with the indicated sensors and a server. In the first inlet chamber, a heated water level sensor is installed, located in the damper, the communication module is made with a temperature sensor. The server is configured to transmit data to the client device and service provider.

EFFECT: ensuring the possibility of remote monitoring of technological processes occurring in the process of wastewater treatment.
