LIQUID FLOW DIVISION DEVICE Russian patent published in 2022 - IPC F16K11/85

Abstract RU 2771472 C1

FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for dividing the flow of liquid, can be used in thermal control systems of space and aviation equipment products, as well as in other fields of technology. The device contains a housing made of two parts connected by means of a flange connection, an electric motor installed in its first part and a cylindrical gearbox, the output link of which is connected to a distribution element preloaded to the seat by means of a compression spring. The distribution element is made in the form of a disk with at least one profiled axial groove and is provided with a hub coaxial to it on one side. There is a through central hole in the disk, the disk is mounted on the cylindrical surface of the shaft. The seat is made flat on the second part of the body, perpendicular to the axis of the annular protrusion entering the bore of the first part of the body.

EFFECT: ensuring maintainability and simplifying the design.
