FIELD: physical processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods and apparatuses using the energy of a rotating permanent magnetic field acting on ferromagnetic elements directly interacting with the processed raw materials for processing various types of raw materials, and can be used in various industries, primarily for homogenising suspensions and producing ultrafine powders. Counter-vortex layer apparatus for processing raw materials, containing a removable working chamber with ferromagnetic elements, connected with the lower part of the body of the apparatus, a rotating magnetic head placed in the upper part of the working chamber, inlet and outlet branch pipes, wherein an additional counter-rotating magnetic head is placed in the upper part of the working chamber, installed with an offset in the horizontal plane relative to the first magnetic head, an output chamber is installed under the working chamber, separated from the working chamber by a unit for screening ferromagnetic elements, wherein a plug with a magnet is installed at the bottom of the output chamber, the inlet branch pipe is located in the upper part of the working chamber opposite the magnetic heads, and the outlet pipe is located in the output chamber.
EFFECT: increase in the productivity of processing raw materials.
