SUBSTANCE: invention relates to regulating iris valve (10) for regulating the flow rate of fluid. The valve contains at least fixed case (12) limiting a hole for the passage of fluid, round outer gear ring (18) defining first gears (20) passing around main axis (A), round inner gear ring (22) defining second gears (24) passing around main axis (A) opposite first gears (20), diaphragm (26) containing a set of blades (24), each of which is rigidly connected to one gear wheel (10) forming an intermediate gear, engaging with outer gear ring (18) and with inner gear ring (22), while at least one of specified rings (18, 22) is a so-called leading ring installed with the possibility of rotation and providing movement of diaphragm (26) between an opening position and a closing position.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at reducing hysteresis (the discrepancy in the position of blades at a given relative humidity between forward and backward movement), which negatively affects the accuracy of air renewal control in the room.
