SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to a method for flotation of coal sludge, in particular, to a flotation method for processing coal sludge using saline waste water, applicable in the field of purification of saline waste water and flotation of coal, as well as removal of ash. The method flotation includes the following stages: supplying the floated coal sludge, a collector agent and a foaming agent to the ore pulp pre-treatment apparatus; supplying the coal chemical industrial saline waste water discharged by a coal chemical enterprise of the coal chemical industry as diluting water to the ore pulp pre-treatment apparatus to mix together in order to complete mineralisation; performing a rough flotation operation on the mineralised ore pulp, performing a fine flotation operation on the product produced after the rough flotation operation, and using an ash content analyser in order to estimate the ash content of the final tailings, unloading the product of final tailings through the pipeline k and further supplying to a pressure filter for dehydration; unloading the filtered material m in the form of a finished, requirement-compliant, enriched product after dehydration using the pressure filter. If the ash content of the final tailings is greater than 20%, the final tailings are supplied to the ore pulp pre-treatment apparatus; if the ash content of the final tailings is less than 20%, the final tailings are unloaded as the product of final tailings.
