FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering, in particular to devices for tensioning cable tape. The device comprises a housing, a driving, actuating, driven and biasing elements, a tape drive mechanism, a ratchet spur, and a front part. The front part contains an opening and a ledge. The opening and protrusion are mated with a cable lacing device housing including a cable band. In the second operating mode, a tension force applied to the tape drive mechanism by the cable tape, which is greater than the biasing force, provides a relative movement between the drive element and the driven element.
EFFECT: increased automation of the process of cable lacing and tension.
