FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to therapy and gastroenterology, and can be used in complex treatment for uncomplicated necrotizing enterocolitis (NEC) in newborns with a bacterial infection and if intrauterine infection is suspected. To do this, determine the value of C-reactive protein and pathogenic agents. When the value of C-reactive protein is >12 mg/l, the bacteriophage, selected taking into account the pathogen in the gastrointestinal tract, is injected into the stomach through a nasogastric tube, 5 ml 2 times a day with an exposure of 30 minutes, and a mixture of 5 ml of this bacteriophage with a solution of Metrogyl 7, 5 mg/kg heated to 37.2°C is administered rectally through a gas outlet tube according to the principle of high enemas with an exposure of 30 minutes 3 times a day for 10 days.
EFFECT: invention provides increased efficiency of treatment without the use of antibiotics, selective effect on pathogenic pathogens without suppression of the normal flora of the gastrointestinal tract, exclusion of the toxic effects of antibiotics, activation of the immune response.
