FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely cryogenic devices. A cryogenic apparatus for cryodestruction of pathological tissues with the possibility of working on liquid nitrogen with cooling of the working gas contains a liquid nitrogen tank with a sealing lid with a channel for removing excessive nitrogen pressure from the tank, a tube immersed in the liquid nitrogen tank, the outer ends of which serve for supplying and removing the working gas, respectively, as well as a removable nozzle on the distal part of the working gas removal tube. The channel for removing excessive nitrogen pressure from the tank, supplemented by a nozzle on the lid, is coaxially connected to the working gas supply tube made of polymer material. Inside the container, a heat exchanger of identical sections is installed on a vertical axial rod reinforced on the inside of the lid, each of which contains a multipath crosspiece and a tube made of polymer materials laid in a single-pass flat Archimedes spiral. In the center of the crosspiece there is a through hole for connection with the rod. The working gas discharge tube is placed in a larger-diameter heat-insulating tube filled with thermal insulation material.
EFFECT: increase in the stability of the cryogenic apparatus is achieved, as well as purification from water vapor and cooling of atmospheric air supplied from the source.
