FIELD: engine technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in heat engines for transport and stationary purposes. A four-stroke reciprocating internal combustion engine with a mixed isochoric-isobaric supply and isobaric heat removal contains cylinders (1), (2), (3), (4) with pistons (9), (10), (11), (12), air supply system, gas distribution mechanism with camshaft (24) and with inlet valves (13), (14), (15), (16) for the intake of clean air into the cylinders and exhaust valves (20), (21), (22), (23) for the removal of exhaust gases from them, and a high-pressure fuel pump (25). Pistons (9), (10), (11), (12) are combined by a crankshaft (31). The mixed isochoric-isobaric supply and isobaric heat removal to a low-temperature source is carried out due to different stroke lengths of the piston in the processes of air compression, as well as the expansion of combustion products to a pressure equal to the ambient pressure. The engine is equipped with a collector (19) combining the cylinders (1), (2), (3), (4) through the intake valves (13), (14), (15), (16). The one-way shut-off valve (18) controls the sequential activation of the clean air intake valves through the manifold (19). It provides filling of individual cylinders and subsequent air by-passes from them to other cylinders in accordance with the established procedure, followed by compression with a shorter stroke length relative to expansion. The difference in the stroke of the pistons in the processes of compression and expansion is provided, which makes it possible to remove heat.
EFFECT: ensuring a more complete expansion of the combustion products to the ambient pressure.
