FIELD: engine building.
SUBSTANCE: cycle includes adiabatic process of air compression in the cylinder, in the end of which the fuel injected into the cylinder self-ignite. The combustion process is made first with the constant volume and the rest of the fuel is burnt at the constant pressure. Then the combustion stroke with adiabatic extension of combustion products is ensured. After that the heat is released outside on the isochore. To reach highly economical work of the engine the adiabatic process of air compression is retarded in relation to the beginning of piston movement in the compression stage. For this in the area from the beginning of piston movement in the compression stage compressor blow-off is ensured from the cylinder outside on the isobar-isotherm. To set optimal ratio of compression level and total extension level in the processes of isobar fuel burning and adiabatic extension of combustion products the duration of compressor blow-off in the compression stage is increased, given that compression level is constant.
EFFECT: increased effectiveness of engine operation.
