FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry and can be used in the production of vitamin paste with the addition of honey. The composition for the preparation of vitamin paste contains natural honey, fried walnut kernels, dried apricots, raisins, prunes, dates, dried apples, additionally contains dried up to 8% and crushed to 3-5 mm pulp of Japanese quince fruits. The quantitative ratio of the initial components of the paste has been selected.
EFFECT: obtaining a vitamin paste with pronounced organoleptic characteristics and rich biological value, having a high concentration of ascorbic acid and a long shelf life.
