FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry. The method for preparing a halal dessert using figs is characterized by the fact that all products are prepared by cutting the figs, placing them on the bottom of the mold with the cut side up, mixing chopped walnuts, prunes, dried apricots in a bowl. Next, the mixture is filled into the core of the figs, white chocolate is melted in a water bath, the figs are strung on a skewer, dipped in melted white chocolate until completely glazed and cooled. The dessert is prepared with the following consumption of components in g: figs - 17, walnuts - 1, prunes - 3.5, dried apricots - 3.5 and chocolate - 25. The weight of the finished product is 45 g.
EFFECT: invention allows getting a product with high consumer properties, as well as expanding the range of halal products.
