A gene therapy DNA vector based on the gene therapy DNA vector VTvaf17 is proposed, carrying a target gene selected from the group of OPG, PDGFA, PDGFB genes for the treatment of diseases characterized by impaired regeneration of bone and cartilage tissues, including after surgery, radiotherapy, for optimization or activation of osteoinductivity of allogeneic or xenogenic bone implants, titanium implants in orthodontics, to enhance the regeneration of bone defects in dentistry. The gene therapy DNA vector VTvaf17-OPG, or VTvaf17-PDGFA, or VTvaf17-PDGFB has the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID No. 3 or SEQ ID No. 4 or SEQ ID No. 5, respectively. A method for obtaining said vector, the use of a vector, an Escherichia coli strain carrying said vector, as well as a method for producing said vector on an industrial scale are also proposed.
