FIELD: medical technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical technology, in particular to devices for creating dosage forms based on red blood cells for various enzyme preparations and biologically active components. The device for including biologically active components in red blood cells (BAC) includes a unit for washing red blood cells, a unit for lysis and concentration of red blood cell suspension, a unit for sealing carrier red blood cells connected by tubing lines, and a control unit. The red blood cell washing unit contains: a device for washing red blood cells. The red blood cell suspension lysis and concentration unit contains: at least one saline solution container, a dialyzer whose external and internal circuits are connected to at least one saline solution container, a pump for moving solutions and red blood cells through the internal circuit of the dialyzer and two pumps for moving solutions along the external circuit of the dialyzer, a BAC pump, a pump for hyperosmotic solution, a hematocrit sensor, two pressure sensors, one of which is installed at the input to the internal circuit of the dialyzer, and the other is at the outlet of the external circuit of the dialyzer, three sensors for the presence of fluid, thermostating equipment, two containers for red blood cells connected to the internal circuit of the dialyzer and a device for washing red blood cells, and a container for hypo-osmotic solution connected to the external circuit of the dialyzer. The carrier red blood cell sealing unit contains: equipment for thermostating, and a container for erythrocytes connected to the internal circuit of the dialyzer and to a device for washing erythrocytes. The control unit is designed to receive signals from the mentioned sensors and control the mentioned pumps and valves for washing the mains and the dialyzer, washing red blood cells from the original whole blood, concentrating washed red blood cells, dialysis, incubation of a suspension of lysed carrier red blood cells for their sealing, washing sealed carrier red blood cells containing BAC, and concentrating sealed carrier red blood cells.

EFFECT: providing automatic sterile inclusion of biologically active components in red blood cells.
