FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves introduction of cells suspended in liquid medium in separator gap; rotation of housing, internal element of separator or both; separation of cells from liquid medium; concentration of cells; removal of concentrated cells from separator via first outlet to first integrally connected container; and removal of separated liquid medium from separator via second outlet; determining whether acceptable volume of concentrated cells is achieved in first integrally connected container; transfer of concentrated cells from first integrally connected container to second integrally connected container for end product when acceptable volume of concentrated cells is achieved. Disclosed is disposable set for liquid medium treatment.
EFFECT: providing filtration of cells of different types.
