SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a panel and to a method for manufacturing such a panel, in particular, a wall, ceiling or floor panel containing stone veneer. Panel (20), in particular, a wall, ceiling or floor panel containing a load-bearing plate (10) with a front surface and a back surface, wherein the thickness of the load-bearing plate (10) is 3 to 30 mm, characterised by the fact that the load-bearing plate (10) is a mineral wool plate, and located on the front side thereof is a first layer (25) of an adhesive material, as well as a second layer (26) of stone veneer with a thickness from 0.1 to 4 mm, adhered to the load-bearing plate by an adhesive material, wherein the load-bearing plate (10) made of mineral wool comprises a modified surface (24) produced by treating the load-bearing plate with a solution consisting of water and liquid glass.
EFFECT: creation of a panel containing stone veneer.
