FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a linear actuator for pigmentation devices. The linear drive for pigmentation devices contains a stator 1 with an electric coil 2, an armature 5 made with the possibility of sliding axial movements in the stator 1, and a permanent magnet 6, which is permanently connected to the armature 5. The armature 5 is made with the possibility of moving from an unexcited stable initial position to an unexcited unstable extended position in response to the excitation of the coil 2 and the concentration of the electromagnetic field 9 in the air gap 7 mainly by magnetic repulsion acting on the magnet 6. The thickness of the stop 3 has such a size that the magnetic attraction force of the permanent magnet 6 acting on the stator 1 is overcome shortly before reaching the maximum electromagnetic counteracting force, that is, the maximum operating current, due to the excitation of the coil 2, and the energy, which then accumulates in the permanent magnet 6 until the moment of release, is abruptly released and pushes the armature 5 from the stator 1 with a high degree of acceleration.
EFFECT: provision of low vibrations and high pricking speed at low pricking frequencies.
