FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for producing N,N-bis(3-aminopropyl)dodecylamine, which is used for sanitary treatment of hospital premises. The method includes a stage of obtaining N,N-bis(2-cyanoethyl)dodecylamine by interaction of dodecylamine and acrylonitrile in the presence of hydrochloric acid without additional solvents during boiling and mixing, while the molar ratio of dodecylamine and acrylonitrile in the initial reaction mixture is 1.0 : (2.0-4.0); and a stage of recovery of N,N-bis(2-cyanoethyl)dodecylamine with hydrogen in ethanol on nickel Renei catalyst in an autoclave at a pressure of 6-20 atm and a temperature of 25-60°C to obtain N,N-bis(3-aminopropyl)dodecylamine.
EFFECT: reducing the temperature and pressure at stages of reduction and condensation, providing the possibility of scaling the synthesis of N,N-bis(3-aminopropyl)dodecylamine, as well as expanding the arsenal of methods for producing N,N-bis(3-aminopropyl)dodecylamine.
