SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the field of power engineering and power plant industry, in particular, to power plants with closed gas turbine installations with external heat supply in them. The expected technical result in the proposed power plant is achieved by the fact that the output of the cyclic compressor is connected to the input of the first check valve, whose output is connected to the input of the three-way distribution valve, the first output of which is connected to the inputs of the heated cavities located in the first and second sections of the recuperator, respectively, and the second output with the input of the gas turbine, the outputs of the first and second heated cavities of the recuperator are communicated with the input of the heated cavity of the air boiler, the output of this cavity is communicated with the input of the gas turbine, the output of which is communicated with the input of the first heating cavity located in the first section of the recuperator, whose output is communicated with the input of the cooled cavity of the air cooling apparatus, the output of which is communicated with the input the inlet of the cyclic compressor is additionally connected to the outlet of the second check valve, whose inlet is connected to the outlet of the air filter, the inlet of which is connected to the atmosphere, the outlet of the gas turbine is additionally equipped with a relief valve with the possibility of opening it into the atmosphere, the outlet of the cooling cavity of the air cooling apparatus communicated with the inlet of the furnace of the air boiler, the outlet of the furnace is communicated with the entrance of its second heating cavity located in the second section of the recuperator, whose outlet is communicated with the entrance of the heating cavity of the utilization heat exchanger with a heated cavity made in it with the possibility of connecting to the consumer, in this case, the duct behind the first check valve is additionally connected to the inlet of the third check valve, the outlet of which is connected to the air accumulator, which is also connected to the auxiliary compressor and connected by a pipeline with a shut-off valve in it to the duct between the recuperator and the air boiler, and in the bypass section of the duct with heated cavities in it from the duct behind the air boiler, a pipeline is made with a return valve placed in it and a purge fan connected to the outlet of this valve by its inlet, the outlet of which is connected to the air duct in front of the recuperator.

EFFECT: present invention solves the problem of providing electricity and heat supply to an autonomous consumer by creating a reliable, relatively simple, autonomous and low-cost power plant based on a closed gas turbine installation using air as a working fluid.
