FIELD: bridge building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to bridge building and can be used in metal superstructures of bridges with an orthotropic roadway slab longitudinally divided into blocks. The steel superstructure includes main beams, cross braces and an orthotropic slab divided into blocks, made in the form of a cover sheet with a set of longitudinal and transverse ribs, connected to them by welding of the longitudinal edges of the cover sheet and transverse plates between the blocks with preliminary attachment of the transverse ribs to the vertical stiffeners walls of the main beams with high-strength bolts. Longitudinal ribs of orthotropic slabs are fixed on the upper surface of the covering sheet, provided with holes in the walls of the ribs for installing horizontal rod stops. On top of the cover sheet of the orthotropic slab, flush with the top of the longitudinal ribs, a reinforced concrete slab of monolithic concrete with a thickness of at least 12 cm is arranged, including sheet reinforcement - the cover sheet and longitudinal ribs of the orthotropic slab, rod stops in the form of reinforcing bars installed in the holes of the longitudinal ribs of the orthotropic slab, with device over a paving slab up to 80 mm thick.
EFFECT: reduction of material consumption and labor intensity of manufacturing and installation of steel superstructures of bridges with an orthotropic slab, increasing the durability and operational reliability of the carriageway of bridges with an orthotropic slab longitudinally divided into blocks.
