SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction of subways, tunnels and other structures. The effect is achieved by the fact that in the rotary protective and hermetic double-leaf shutter, including a protective sheet and the rotation and sealing mechanisms installed on it, the protective sheet consists of two wings, which are two separate sheets, each of which is fixed on the embedded elements of the structure on both sides of the opening and mounted on hinges, the opposite ends of the canvases are mated to each other, in the place of conjugation, a vertical pad is installed on one canvas, and on the other, opposite the lining, a sealing assembly is installed, made in the form of a profile element, fixed on the canvas by means of a removable thrust collar and fasteners. Along the contour of each of the canvases, a gap sealing block is installed on three sides, made in the form of a rigidly fixed stop, on one side of which there is a profile element fixed on the canvas with the help of fasteners, as well as a removable thrust shoulder. Both removable thrust collars provide the possibility of replacing the profile elements, while they are made in the form of rectangular profiles with recesses for fasteners, and the upper edges of the collars are located in the same plane with the upper edge of the stop rigidly fixed to the canvas. Additionally, sealing elements made of sheet rubber are installed in the upper and lower parts of the opening at the joints of the sheets. Each sealing element has a profile recess and is fixed on the canvas by means of fasteners located in this recess.

EFFECT: improving the design of the shutter protective sheet to ensure equally reliable sealing of the overlapped opening when exposed to a load coming from either side of the sheet, simplifying the manufacture and installation of a removable thrust collar at the junction of the sheets and sealing elements located on the shutter blade.
