FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a gypsum composition containing recycled gypsum and a foaming agent that contains at least one double salt of alpha-sulfonic fatty acid, to a method for its preparation, as well as to a product containing a gypsum composition in accordance with the invention. In addition, the present invention relates to the use of a foaming agent. The aqueous gypsum composition contains: (i) at least 40.0 wt.% of gypsum and ii) at least 0.002 wt.% of the foaming agent, which contains at least one double salt of alpha-sulfonic fatty acid per the total weight of the gypsum composition, while gypsum has a proportion of recycled gypsum of at least 0.5 wt.% per the total proportion of gypsum in the gypsum composition, wherein the proportion of recycled gypsum is recycled gypsum containing siloxane.

EFFECT: reduction in the density in the wet state of the aqueous gypsum composition, which has a proportion of recycled gypsum.
