FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: suspension to make a gypsum plasterboard wall panel, having a hardened gypsum core, contains a plaster gypsum and pregelatinised starch previously dispersed in water, where the pregelatinised starch has distribution of particles by size in the following range: d(0.1): approximately 20 mcm - 35 mcm, d(0.5): approximately 60 mcm - 110 mcm, d(0.9): approximately 100 mcm - 220 mcm. The method to manufacture a gypsum plasterboard wall panel includes dispersion of the specified pregelatinised starch in water with production of a dispersion, introduction of a plaster gypsum into a mixer, equipped with nozzles, which supply water into the mixer, and injection of the produced dispersion into water, supplied into the mixer, for full dispersion of starch in the produced suspension, application of the produced suspension onto the first lining sheet, arrangement of the second lining sheet on the applied suspension with formation of the gypsum plasterboard wall panel, its cutting after the suspension containing a plaster gypsum gains the required strength.
EFFECT: reduced density.
