FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an ion conductor containing Li2B12H12 and LiBH4, to a method for its production; to solid electrolyte for completely solid-state batteries, containing the specified ion conductor. The method for the production of an ion conductor containing Li2B12H12 and LiBH4 includes: a stage of obtaining a mixture by means of mixing LiBH4 and B10H14 in a molar ratio of LiBH4/B10H14 from 2.1 to 4.3; and a stage of heat treatment of the mixture.
EFFECT: excellent characteristics of an ion conductor, including water resistance and ion conductivity.
