FIELD: production of lithium-ion batteries.
SUBSTANCE: method for producing a sulphide-based solid electrolyte includes the first solution preparation step in which Li2S and P2S5 are mixed with each other in an organic solvent so that the Li2S/P2S5 molar ratio becomes from 0.7 to 1.5 to obtain a homogeneous Li-P-S solution; and a second solution preparation step which includes adding Li2S and SiS2 to an organic solvent to be mixed with them to obtain a homogeneous Li-Si-S solution. Next a solution mixing step is carried out in which the Li-P-S homogeneous solution and the Li-Si-S homogeneous solution are mixed with each other to obtain a homogeneous mixed solution. Then the resulting homogeneous mixed solution and Li2S are mixed with each other to obtain a suspension. This is followed by the drying step in which an organic solvent is removed from said suspension to obtain a precursor; and the heat treatment stage, at which the precursor is heated to 200-700°C to produce a sulphide-based solid electrolyte. An embodiment of the method for producing a sulphide-based solid electrolyte is proposed.
EFFECT: inventions make it possible to obtain a sulphide-based solid electrolyte with a low impurity content and stable characteristics.
